Ｑ1：Does this use all types of balls?
Only basic red pokeballs, this is a restriction within the app itself.
Ｑ2：Does it catch unregistered (new to your pokedex) Pokémon?
Yes it does.
Ｑ3：Will this still catch Pokémon in the background as I’m hand catching Pokémon?
Yes, when you are catching pokemon or in the Gym, Raid, Battle, Catchmon Go will keep catching in the background.
Ｑ4：Can you turn off auto catch and just have auto spin on?
Yes. Turn off notifications of nearby pokemon under the pokemon go plus settings.
(Settings / Pokemon Go Plus / uncheck the box for nearby pokemon)
Ｑ5：Does this device automatically spin pokestops and spin gyms while driving to work?
It will auto spin pokestops and gyms under the speed 18m/hr.
Ｑ6：When use, do I need to leave my phone screen on?
No, you don't need to keep your screen on , you can turn off the screen however you must let the APP work on the background.
Ｑ7：Does it count your steps?
You have to run the game app to connect our device, but you can turn off the screen to let the App is on the background to hatch the egg.
Ｑ8：Will you get banned for using this?
No.
Ｑ9：Can I use rechargeable batteries with this?
Yes, you can use rechargeable batteries.
Ｑ10：Can you connect iOS and Android at same time?
Yes, you can connect 2 different model mobile ever iOS + android.
Ｑ11：Does the bluetooth disconnect like the other devices? Will this stay connected or will it auto disconnect every hour like the go plus?
Yes, it disconnect per hour as per the APP setting. However, we have the sound and vibration announcement when it's disconnected.
Reconnecting the phone with the Catchmon is quick--- just touch the Go icon on right side of the phone’s screen and and it will sync back.
Ｑ12：Is it possible to turn off the sound, vibrating and lights?
The sound and vibration can be turned off, please refer to the respective version's manual for instructions on how to do so. The LED light cannot be turned off, but it will enter sleep mode after a few minutes. You can wake it up by pressing the button.

Ｑ13：Why I can't find Pokemon Go Plus device in Pokemon Go app?

- Open the Settings app and tap Pokémon GO app
- Tap the Bluetooth toggle to turn on the permission, allows application to detect Bluetooth devices (Pokemon go app couldn't detect bluetooth device since it wasn't authorized)
- Open the Pokémon GO app.
- In Map view, tap the Main Menu.
- Tap Pokémon GO Plus.
- Press the button on the Pokémon GO Plus to make the accessory discoverable.
- Tap your Pokémon GO Plus on the Available Devices list.

For iOS device users, if you have granted the necessary permissions but still cannot find the device in the game, please uninstall the game and reinstall it.
Through testing, this is currently the only solution as updating or repairing the app directly is ineffective. Additionally, it is normal if you cannot see Pokémon Go Plus under "More Devices" in your phone's Bluetooth settings. It will only appear in "My Devices" once it is connected in the game.
